In the last few weeks, the boys were asking me for robot songs. One that I played was “Robot Rock,”  by Daft Punk. They were instantly hooked, and have requested it on every car ride. Today, Isaac made a fun modification. Listen to the clip below and imagine Isaac performing the guitar intro with, “Chick Chick Chick Chick Chick Chick Chick Chicken,” and the instrumental chorus with, “Bawk. Bawk bawk bawk.”  I quickly had a car full of self-professed Robot Chickens, giggling, clucking, and performing stiff robot gestures with their “wings” and heads. I just couldn’t escape the joy of it all. Yes, you had to be there, but hopefully this will give you a glimpse and a smile.
